As long as the warranty is still valid, your watch purchased from a ZNAP Watch dealer should be covered by the brand's official warranty. Even if the warranty has expired, don't worry because with your ZNAP membership you can also take advantage of the various watch maintenance services at the Watch Authenticity Verification Center or have your watch repaired at a fair price (in most cases more affordable than going to an official service center)!

Once you have subscribed to a ZNAP membership, you can contact our member hotline (E-mail : [email protected]; WhatsApp : +852 9499 1409) and have your watch sent to a ZNAP Member Centre, wherever you are. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping your watch to the ZNAP Membership Centre and insurance at your discretion, and you will not be required to pay us any additional service fees.
